Mi habitación quedó muy lejos de los elevadores, por lo que optábamos por subir las escaleras, las cuales están muy empinadas y no cuentan con barandal. La regadera estaba llena de sarro, por lo que el agua salía para todos lados mojando todo el baño, añadiendo que la coladera de la ducha estaba tapada. “Cuiden el aspecto de las habitaciones, si bien están muy limpias a mi habitación le faltaba la pantalla de una de las lámparas y las toallas están un poco ásperas. Por demás la comida rica y la atención en general muy bien.”

“Our favorite resort to date and we are fairly seasoned travellers. Food was fantastic! Rooms are incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful though most don't speak great English. Tons of activities to do. Infinity pool was lovely. Use of restaurants and activities at neighboring pool was a great bonus! The only negative would be the lack of beach and fear of crocodiles in the water! But we would highly recommend this property to all and plan to be back!”
